Historic Pan American debut at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championship in Brazil

The World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, to be held in Brazil from August 20 to 24, will bring together the international elite and will feature an unprecedented Pan-American representation. For the first time in history, Aruba, Costa Rica, Paraguay and Peru will be present at the top world championship, marking a milestone for rhythmic gymnastics in the region.

The events will begin on Wednesday with the individual qualifiers, which will continue until Thursday. On Friday, it will be the turn of the individual All Around finals, while on Saturday, the ensemble classifications will be disputed. On Sunday, the public will be thrilled with all the apparatus finals.

The signal of Eurovision Sport will broadcast the competition free of charge, offering fans the chance to follow the Pan American gymnasts in action.

Pan-American representation confirmed

The delegation includes athletes from Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, the United States and Venezuela, with outstanding athletes such as Bárbara Domingos (BRA), Rin Keys (USA), Marina Malpica (MEX) and Agostina Vargas (ARG), among others.

With this diverse and numerous participation, the continent seeks to consolidate its presence on the world stage and continue to inspire new generations of gymnasts.
