The Pan American Gymnastics Union (UPAG) extends its deepest gratitude to the Brazilian<\/mark> Gymnastics Confederation (CBG) for the impeccable organization of the 41st Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, an event that has already been marked as the biggest and greatest in the history of this sport.<\/p>\n\n For the first time, a World Championship was held in South America, and the place chosen was Rio de Janeiro, a city that vibrated with the passion, excellence and emotion of rhythmic gymnastics. A true celebration of the sport, where America was represented with strength and pride. <\/p>\n\n Brazil, owner of an unforgettable achievement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The Brazilian delegation wrote a golden chapter in the history of rhythmic gymnastics. In front of a packed Carioca Arena, the national team won two silver medals.
