With the objective of promoting technical exchange and the development of new figures, the Italian U-18 Men’s Artistic Gymnastics National Team was the host an international training camp.
A delegation of 20 people, including gymnasts and coaches, from nine countries in the Pan American region attended the event.
Among the objectives proposed for this event is the preparation of the athletes for the World Championship. World Championship Artistic Gymnastics World Youth Championships in November of this year in Manila, Philippines.
The training camp took place from September 8 to 13 at the Salerno Regional Training Center, under the supervision of an outstanding Italian technical team made up of Luigi Rocchini, Paolo Siviero and Paolo Quarto.
This meeting was organized by the Technical Committee of the Pan American Gymnastics Union (UPAG) and was attended by delegations from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
