The interim president of the Pan American Gymnastics Union (UPAG), Kenia Herrera, arrived in Panama with the purpose of inspecting the facilities where the Pan American Artistic Gymnastics Adult Championships 2025 will take place. A meeting was also held with the participation of the director of PanDeportes, Miguel Ordoñez, the president of the Panamanian Olympic Committee, Damaris Young; the technical director of PanDeportes, Jaime Penedo and the president of the Panamanian Gymnastics Federation, Carlos Herrera.

Other venues such as the official hotel were also verified to ensure adequate conditions and security protocols during the stay of the participating delegations. The venue for the largest competition on the continent will be the Atlapa Convention Center in Panama City and will be open to the public from June 9 to 16, and available to the rest of the world on the UPAG YouTube channel.
